The Service offers users access to generative AI functionalities to create custom visual assets. It is available via a web-based interface and may have accompanying API functionalities.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Users are responsible for all content they input and generate using the Service.
  • Users agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes.
  • Users agree not to reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

  • The algorithms, software, displays, and all other components of the Service are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
  • Users retain the rights to their input data but grant Night Visions a worldwide, royalty-free license to process this data for the purpose of providing the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • Night Visions shall not be responsible for any decisions made based on the Service output.

6. Payment

Users agree to pay the associated fees for the Service. Late or missed payments may result in suspension or termination of Service access.

7. Termination

Night Visions reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms or other misuse.

8. Data Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose information from our users.

9. Changes to Terms

Night Visions may update these Terms periodically. By continuing to use the Service after changes are made, users agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of Delaware, USA.
